When we find ourselves or a loved one struggling, it can be difficult to determine what to do. It may feel overwhelming and scary.
Take heart, there is help and hope ahead. In the words of Lao-Tzu, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." All we can do is the best we can in this moment we have right now. We're on this journey together and we don't have to go it alone. Start now, taking one breathe and one step at a time. |
